Is thre a warranty?
We proudly offer a 1-year warranty on all our products because your satisfaction is our number one priority. All heated products come with a 1 Year limited warranty that covers malfunctions due to manufacturing defects. This warranty includes the battery, charger, and heating elements. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at E-mail or through our CONTACT page.
This warranty does not cover third-party repairs, rips, scratches, tears, cracks, or any other deterioration caused by wear and tear or exposure. It also does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or improper cleaning or care.
Product replacement is at the discretion of iHEAT. iHEAT shall not be liable for any damages directly or indirectly related to iHEAT heated garments including without limitation any damages or injury to persons or property occurring while anyone is wearing heated garments. Without limiting the foregoing, iHEAT shall not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial loss, or other incidental consequential damages.
iHEAT is not liable for any damage or injury caused by misuse of the product. that is also not responsible for any damage to coats or garments used in conjunction with Other chargers or batteries. The installation kits have been thoroughly tested and have not damaged any coats to the best of our knowledge, however, it is impossible to test on all types of materials and coats, therefore, customers should bear the corresponding responsibilities when using other company’s chargers, batteries, and heating materials with products.

Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty Claims
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
See below “Do you Qualify For a Return” to see if you qualify for a return, if yes, proceed to step 2.
Contact email@example.com or through the contact form HERE and notify our customer service that you intend to return an item. Please include the reason for the return and the order number. We will troubleshoot or notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, we will provide a shipping label that will have a Return Number associated with it. The return number is necessary for tracking purposes in our warehouse and any return without a Return Number will not be accepted.
Once the item has shipped, please email tracking info if available to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the customer service agent that you initially contacted. If you do not have tracking info, please notify us that you have shipped the item.
Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, we will then process your refund, pending the qualifications as mentioned below “Refunds if Applicable”.
No free returns- Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges.
Do You Qualify for a Return?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) there are obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as per our warranty policy. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will coordinate the exchange with you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items that are approved to be refunded will be refunded at the sale price paid.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
